PCR Clean-up Kit
This reagent kit is suitable for extracting up to 8 ug of DNA (larger than 75 bp) from reaction solutions including PCR, labeling or sequencing reactions, with a recovery rate of 70-90%. The purified DNA does not contain primers, enzyme proteins, or nucleotides.
