Tissues DNA/RNA in parallel Miniprep Kit

Through GEB`s parallelized separation method of DNA and RNA from tissue by miniprep kit, either DNA or RNA can be successively separated by this miniprep kit from less than 25mg of animal tissue or less than 1×10 7 of cultured cells. After lysis of the samples, either DNA or RNA can be orderly separated through a unique, the GEB-prepared filtrate column. During this procedure, the lyzed proteins and the inhibitor of PCR will be effectively removed away. The obtained products of either DNA or RNA will be thereafter applicable to more relevant molecular experiments, such as PCR, RT-PCR, Northern blot, Dot blot, mRNAs eparation, etc.
